A. Receipt of Application
On receipt of confirmed Demand Letter from the employer, Torque International Co. Ltd. collect CV’s/applications through any one or a combination of the following ways to lineup the most suitable candidates for Interview / Test by the Employers of their authorized Representative.
· Manpower File of Torque International Co. Ltd.
· News Paper advertisement.
· District Manpower offices of the Govt.
· Technical / Specialized Institutions.
· Data Base of the BMET / BAIRA.
· Job seeker’s Forum.
Applications / CV’s thus received are screened by the professional Executives of the Company or by inviting suitably qualified Technical / Professionals from outside. The short-listed CV’s either sent to the employer or kept in the office as per desire of the employer and presented at the time of interview.
B. Selection
The Employer or his Representative conducts interview/trade tests in order to select workers finally. The Torque International Co. Ltd. provides necessary logistic supports such as issuance of interview cards, arranging suitable place for interview & Test etc. At times Torque International Co. Ltd. may also select workers if they are entrusted to do so.
C. Medical Examination
The Candidates who are finally selected sent for Medical Examination to the appointed / authorized Medical Centers. Normally they are medically examined at the centers appointed by the embassies of the employer’s country. |
